"In amongst the craziness of the lockdown trilogy of the past 18 months, there have also been some glimmers of joy. Katy has definitely been that for me! I've been practicing yoga at yogahaven for some time now in Richmond, but had never had the joy of one of Katy's classes as she's Birmingham based. As everything moved online, Katy's Tuesday night hatha yoga practice became one of my absolute staples. Katy's teaching is something I aspire to [as a newly qualified yoga teacher]. She is calming, well paced and gives REALLY great cues that actually match up to how a pose feels - something that sounds simple but doesn't happen as often as you'd think! In amongst all of that calm, Katy's classes also helped my develop my own practice - she offers varying levels for many poses which is great for when I wanted to go that bit further. Her encouragement both on and off the mat is something I'm incredible grateful for. Thank you Katy!"
