One-to-one yoga in your home or online

Feel a little daunted walking into a yoga studio? Or simply prefer the idea of practising yoga in the privacy and comfort of your own home?

I offer private, one-to-one yoga classes in south west Birmingham and online via Zoom. 

I’ve been teaching one-to-one yoga since 2019, and it's been the backbone of my business since 2021. Having worked with more than 35 private clients ranging in age from 35 to 75, and having taught around 2,000 private yoga classes, I'm extremely comfortable adapting the practice to suit every ability, from complete beginner to seasoned yogi.

Reasons for taking a private class vary, but with consistency and attention, every single one of my private clients has experienced noticeable changes to their physical and mental health. It's no wonder that I've been working with many of them for three or four years.

How does it work?

​In the comfort of your home, you’ll enjoy personalised yoga classes carefully crafted around your individual needs and goals. Whether that's to build strength and flexibility, to maintain healthy mobility, or to improve your mental health, your practice will be completely tailored to suit you. 

Book a block of 60 minute classes to really build consistency, or ad-hoc/shorter classes if finding time is a challenge.

In-person classes are available in south west Birmingham. For all other areas I offer online classes via Zoom.

Private yoga classes are available during the following times:

  • 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday

  • 8.30am to 1.00pm on Fridays.
