private classes

Private yoga has become the backbone of my business. Since 2019 I've taught one-to-one yoga classes to around 30 individuals, both men and women, ranging in age from 32 to 75. Most of my current clients have been practicing with me weekly or twice weekly for well over a year, many of them for three years or more.

People choose one-to-one yoga classes for a variety of reasons but here are the most common ones;

  • they feel out of place in a yoga studio

  • they have injuries or health issues that require a more tailored approach

  • yoga studio class times don't work for them

  • they're new to yoga and daunted by the prospect of attending group classes

  • they simply prefer to practice in the comfort of their own home.

What keeps them coming back varies from person to person but here is some of the most common feedback I receive;

  • improves performance in (and/or recovery after) golf, tennis and cycling

  • significantly improves general mobility, flexibility and strength

  • aids relaxation and promotes better quality sleep

  • lowers stress levels

  • reduces severity of chronic pain

  • reduces frequency and/or severity of previously recurring injuries

  • improves posture.

I offer private yoga classes in the Harborne and Edgbaston areas of Birmingham, and online classes via Zoom for those who live further afield or simply would prefer to practice online. 

Pricing: £440 for ten x 60 minute classes. £55 for a single 60 minute class. Terms apply. 

Availability: private yoga classes are offered between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 1.00pm on Fridays. For specific availability, pricing for couples or small groups, or any other questions please send me a message here and I'll respond as soon as possible.
