If you've never practiced yoga before, or it's been a long time since you last practiced, venturing to a yoga studio can often be a daunting experience. I can help build your confidence by teaching you the basics of yoga in the familiar surroundings of your own home. We'll break down the most common poses and sequences, and I'll provide simple and safe modifications to help make any poses you find challenging more accessible whilst you’re developing your practice.
